Sticky Yellow Discharge

( Part II)

After leaving two more days for snook on a spring tide, and seeing that we played just decided to keep small bass bait for the dead with little tidal current draft, looking for the day the sea was thrown around. With these conditions is a good time to tempt the fish flat.
The technique is simple, you just have to plumb before the bait to lead tap the sand and our bait work in the background. In my experience as a fisherman, as opposed to the window, which I do not notice that your index down catch in flatfish yes I notice a huge slump in number of catches and the weight of them. 10 years ago with this technique you could go home with 3 or 4 turbot between 3 and 5 kilos but today all season if we take February 10 kilos, and are many.
As you see in the video in the tide in the morning we took a Crego (in Castilian Alfóndiga), which is a beautiful fish. Has fins that look like a butterfly. In the afternoon tide, we took this fine turbot, which I can assure you that for me is the richest which gives our sea. I go crazy with its taste and I always do to the plate without sauces or anything to avoid damage. The Tanera and I got the boots tasting.
