The most optimistic forecasts of individual liability, the law indicates that many do not receive their aid until the summer. The timing of the Dependency Act provides that minor dependents entering the system the January 1, 2010. And so the Government has repeated countless times. "We do not waive the law, dependents receive their aid moderate from January," said the Minister for Health and Social Policy, Leire Pajin, in October after a meeting with counselors and other occasions.
